We are hiring a Sales Development Representative, West to join our Sales Development team.
Reporting to: SDR Manager
Location: AZ, CA, CO, NV, UT (US Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Schedule introduction calls for Regional Sales Managers for further qualification or demos
- Heavy outbound activity including cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn
- Strategize with Regional Sales Managers to identify and target key prospects
- Successfully handle and overcome objections
- Grow, manage and maintain top of the funnel pipeline
Requirements:
- Candidate must be based in either Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Work within the company culture and value system
- Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
- Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
- Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR/BDR with a proven track record of consistent quota attainment in the Software world
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity space is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as or similar to Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense and ZoomInfo
- Ability to travel to events such as tradeshows, client meetings, company events, etc.

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $70,000 - $100,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
